Specific examples of our project management work:
• Sydney Olympics 2000 – organisation of an offshore major hospitality programme for
7000+ corporates with significant logistic and organizational requirements including
transportation of structure from NZ, build and permit process
• DHL NZ Lions Series 2005 – major planning and organisation of project including minimal
timeframe build and transportation of large structures between Christchurch,
Wellington and Auckland resource consent challenges and very large hospitality
numbers (over 48,000 in total with approx 40,000 in two week timeframe!)
• Americas Cup 1998/2000 – design, construction and build of numerous hospitality
venues including sourcing and transportation of a barge from Tahiti to build a two story
function facility, resource consent, creation of catering unit and large corporate and
function numbers
• Clubnab Melbourne 2006 – offshore planning and organisation. Close liaison with client,
theming company and venue (Grand Hyatt). Transport logistics. VVIP spec, with daily
theming change-outs and significant entertainment programme
